Construction and interior design

The A320 was the first project developed in 2015-2019, 4 iterations were created. In this project, we used our own method of joining sheets that allowed us to achieve a weight of the entire fuselage shell below 80 kg with a load capacity of over 100 kg. It was and probably is the lightest set of structures for an A320 simulator that weighed less than 400 kg in its entirety with avionics and interior equipment on the market to this day. We used all available technologies in this project to achieve maximum stiffness with minimum weight. It was a simulator that sold dozens of units in recent years, it was a flagship product.

The project has been taken over by another company today but this is not our last word, we currently have a set of structures that allows the use of the original interior lining and was created on the basis of a 3D scan of a real fuselage, so we have here the accuracy found only in FFS, if you are looking for a realistic replica of the pilot's cabin, we can provide the best solution
