H145 Construction and Avionics design
The project involved the construction of a complete H145 cockpit with a load-bearing structure adapted to the use of force load controllers. The structure was based on aluminum structures. The fuselage was made of fiberglass and a complete set of avionics for the needs of simulation. A complete electronics system was developed so that the cockpit was connected to the main computer using 3 USB cables to simplify service and installation. The project included the design of 30 PCB systems and about 100 elements such as buttons and switches.
The whole thing has been adapted for transport in 2 euro pallets that fit in air cargo to enable transport and installation anywhere on the globe. Low weight and stiffness of the structure allows the use of motion platforms. It is a universal solution for entertainment and professional training.
